Shipping and Delivery Information

Customers will see the purchased SIM immediately displayed in the "My SIM" tab on the Way2go website (https://www.way2go.vn). Customers will receive a confirmation email after the purchase. All information about receiving the Physical SIM and installing the eSIM will only be displayed in the email and the user's Way2go account.

1. For Physical SIM products:

  • Customers can choose to receive the goods through two methods: Direct Pickup or Home Delivery.
  • For direct pickup: Customers can check details at the Way2go SIM Pick-up Points and choose the pickup point at the payment step before completing the order.
  • For home delivery: Way2go delivers goods to customers via shipping companies within the time frame from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. Depending on the shipping company, there may be delivery policies outside of office hours (evenings or weekends).
  • For customers with addresses in the inner districts of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi: Delivery time ranges from 30 minutes to 1 working day.
  • For customers in the suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi: Delivery time ranges from 4 hours to 2 working days.
  • For customers in other provinces: Delivery time is within 2-7 working days.

Customers can choose express or urgent delivery with different shipping fees; please contact Way2go if needed.

In case of delays in delivery or service provision, Way2go will promptly inform the customer and offer the opportunity to cancel the contract if desired.

2. For eSIM (Electronic SIM) products

For Way2go's eSIM products, after the customer places an order and successfully makes the payment, the product will be sent to the registered email no later than 2 hours after Way2go confirms the customer's successful purchase.

In case of delays in delivery or service provision, Way2go will promptly inform the customer and offer the opportunity to cancel the contract if desired.

3. Defining the responsibility of merchants, logistics service providers for providing goods documents during the delivery process.

  • All orders are pre-packaged before shipping and sealed by Way2go.
  • The shipping company is only responsible for transporting the goods according to the "sealed" principle.
  • To ensure the safety of the goods, if requested by the customer, Way2go will include a financial invoice or valid delivery note of the product in the package (if available). The financial invoice or delivery note is the basis for supporting complaint processing, such as determining the market value of the goods, ensuring legal circulation of goods, etc.
  • For goods damaged during transportation, whether the order is transported by Way2go itself or by a third party, Way2go will be responsible for resolving the issue for the customer.
