Step 1: Insert the SIM Card into your mobile device upon arrival. The SIM will be AUTOMATICALLY activated.
Step 2: Restart your mobile device and wait for 2 minutes. 

Note: Ensure that Mobile Data and Data Roaming are turned on.

If the phone is not able to access internet, please set APN manually as follows:

a. IOS

Settings -> Cellular -> Switch on Cellular Data -> Choose Cellular Data Options -> Enable Data roaming and 4G/LTE (Voice & Data) to access the Internet.

If not work, please set up APN: Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Network -> set APN: internet

b. Android

Settings -> Connections -> Mobile Networks -> Switch on Data roaming.

If not work, please set up APN: Settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names (APN) -> Add APN (or +) -> Name: internet, APN: internet -> Save

Then go back -> select APN: internet -> Back -> Switch on Data roaming.

a. IOS

- Open Settings on the phone

- Choose Cellular and continue to choose "Add eSIM"

- Open the native camera and scan your eSIM QRcode

- Click "Continue" to agree to the camera enabling eSIM

- Click "Continue" to download and install eSIM

- Completed, eSIM time starts counting

- Click on the eSIM you just added

- Confirm that the eSIM number is enabled and data roaming is enabled

- Make sure mobile data network is using eSIM

Note: If not work, please set up APN: Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Network -> set APN: internet -> reset the phone.

b. Android

- Open Settings on the phone and choose Connections

- Choose SIM Manager and continue to choose Add eSIM

- Open the native camera and scan your eSIM QRcode

- Click "Download" at the bottom of the screen

- When finished, click "Settings"

- Click on the eSIM you just added

- Turn on "Use SIM Card" and the eSIM time will start counting

Note:

- Please do not use public Wi-Fi at the airport to activate your eSIM.

- eSIM activation should be done in Vietnam before you depart.

- If not work, please set up APN: Settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names (APN) -> Add APN (or +) -> Name: internet, APN: internet -> Save

Then go back -> select APN: internet -> Back -> Switch on Data roaming.

- Please check whether the mobile device can be used before purchasing.

- Please install and download when connected to the Internet.

- An eSIM QR CODE can only be scanned once and cannot be reused. Once scanned and installed, it will become invalid.

- After scanning the QR code to install, please do not uninstall it yourself.
