- Upon receiving these responses, Way2go will verify the information, and is responsible for explaining the reason and guiding Consumers to restore and secure the information.

7. Mechanism for receiving and resolving consumers' complaints related to the misuse of personal information or use beyond the notified scope
If consumers discover that their personal information is being misused or used beyond the notified scope, they can file a complaint by calling the hotline at 0902227715 or by sending an email to [email protected]. Upon receiving these complaints, we will verify the information. If the complaint is found to be valid, depending on the severity, we will take timely corrective measures within 24 hours.
8. Commitment to Protecting Consumers' Personal Information
- Consumers' personal information is committed to being absolutely confidential according to the personal information protection policy. The collection and use of Consumers' information will only be carried out with the consent of the Consumer, except where otherwise required by law.
- We do not use, transfer, provide, or disclose Consumers' personal information to any third party without the Consumer's consent.
- In the event that the information storage server is attacked by hackers leading to the loss of Consumers' personal data, we will be responsible for informing the competent authorities for timely investigation and handling and notifying the affected Consumers.
- The management board requires individuals to provide complete relevant personal information such as full name, email, phone number, etc., and to be responsible for the legality of the provided information. The management board is not responsible for and will not resolve any complaints related to the Consumer's rights if it is determined that all personal information provided by the Consumer at the initial registration is inaccurate.
