The Ministry emphasized that these cultural heritages represent the local identity, showcase cultural diversity and human creativity, and have the potential for restoration and long-term sustainability.
Beef Pho has been listed among the top 10 best meat-based broth dishes globally, as suggested by the culinary website Taste Atlas. The list, introduced by Taste Atlas, known as the "atlas of world cuisine" , is based on votes from 5,232 culinary experts and diners worldwide.
